Two teenage boys posted their apology on youtube, but the victim of the 32 ounce soda thrown through the drive-thru window says it’s not enough. Jessica Ceponis, says her face was clearly shown and the boys apology was scripted by their attorney. The stupid prank is called “Fire in the Hole” where a drive-thru customer receives his drink and throws it back at the drive-thru worker.

Youtube crimes are being videod and upload all the time and these kids don’t learn that even though it gets them famous for a few minutes, it’s not the kind of fame kids should be striving for. And the idiots that upload their crimes, get caught! You would think someone would learn that if you upload your idiotic pranks to youtube you will be caught and have to pay the price of the crime and not the publicity.

If you do a search on youtube for Fire in the Hole pranks you’ll find several examples of the prank and several examples of kids getting caught. What some of these kids don’t realize is there are cameras at drive-thrus. Not only their prank gets on youtube, their car and possibly their face gets on the security cameras.

The fast food drive-thru worker wants a face to face apology instead of a scripted bogus sounding, scripted apology uploaded to youtube. You know the old-fashioned kind of apology. Kind of makes it more real when you’re not safely behind your computer screen.

That you tube prank almost sounds like a clean red widget prank I heard of recently.
